RETURNS POLICY

At Café du Cycliste, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you need to make a return, our process is designed to be as straightforward as possible.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Simply visit our returns portal, select your preferences and create your shipping label.

If you choose to use a carrier of your choice, we recommend using a tracked and/or signed-for service when returning items. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in transit without tracking.

All refunds are subject to inspection of the item.

The returned product must be in ‘like-new’ condition: unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging and with tags attached.

Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by email at service-clients@cafeducycliste.com.

Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased online at www.cafeducycliste.com. If you purchased your item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange a return. For more information on our return procedure, please refer to our terms and conditions.

 

VAT AND OTHER TAXES
Prices are listed in different currencies, and the payment currency is determined by the delivery address of the order. Prices for all products delivered outside the European Economic Community exclude value-added tax and local import duties, which may be payable by the recipient upon receipt of the order.
