RETURNS POLICY

We hope your order brings you complete satisfaction. If not, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items.

  1. How to make a return request
    All return requests must be submitted through our [https://cafeducycliste.returns.international].
    Mandatory step: No returns can be processed without prior approval via this portal.
    Identification: Once registered, you will receive a return label containing a unique barcode. This document must be placed inside your package to allow our team to instantly identify your return.
  2. Your refund options
    When registering on the portal, you can choose from three options:
    Store Credit (+15%): Receive a purchase code worth the value of the returned item plus 15%. This is the ideal option for ordering a new size while covering your shipping costs.
    Standard Refund: The amount will be credited to your original payment method after approval.
    Exchanges: Our direct exchange service is currently under development. For now, we recommend selecting Store Credit to order your new size.
  3. Conditions for acceptance
    To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition:
    New, unworn, and unwashed.
    With all tags intact and in the original packaging.
    Free from any signs of wear, perfume, or dirt. Any item that does not meet these criteria may be refused or returned to the customer.
  4. Shipping & return address
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Café du Cycliste cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during transit.

  5. Quality Control & Processing Time
    Upon arrival at our Nice office, each package undergoes a strict process:
    Quality Control: Manual inspection of each item (allow up to 5 business days).
    Approval: Refund or store credit issuance is triggered immediately after approval.
    Bank Processing Time: Depending on your bank, additional time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

VAT AND OTHER TAXES

Prices are listed in different currencies, and the payment currency is determined by the delivery address of the order. Prices for all products delivered outside the European Economic Community exclude value-added tax and local import duties, which may be payable by the recipient upon receipt of the order.
