When it comes to racing, the Cote d'Azur comes with sun , slopes and history. A whole host of events have been and gone over the years.
Famed as the hill where pros measure their readiness for the upcoming battles, Col de La Madone is home to every kind of beat.
Redline racing at 2,802m on the lunar landscape and steep slopes of the Cime de la Bonette. Former racers try to claim short-circuit glory at altitude.
Noise and colour collide on the road side of the Mont Ventoux. One of our Montagnes à la Carte comes alive for racing.
Not every event against the clock looks the same, feels the same or tastes the same. No sprints here, just on and on and up and up.

Words can soar and they can sink without trace. They can inspire action or provide cover for inaction. They can knit together a coherent response like threads woven into a fabric or they can pull on a single thread until everything unravels.

Café du Cycliste is a member of 1% for the Planet®, donating 1% of our turnover to nonprofit environmental groups and charities. Founded by two fishing friends and businessmen in 2002, 1% for the Planet seeks to strengthen the fight against the erosion of natural habitats, and educate about the climate crisis.
With over 5000 members, the project’s vision is to be ‘all together for our planet’. Our donations will be directly funding organisations and NGOs based in France and elsewhere.
