RETURNS POLICY
Our priority is always your satisfaction. We are completely confident in the quality of our products and make all possible efforts to guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you do need to make a return, our process is designed to be as straight forward as possible.
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package to return it to us.
You simply need to visit our returns portal HERE, select your preferences and create your shipping label.
You will have 2 options regarding your refund:
Option 1
You can request your refund in the form of a gift card with a value 15% higher than the amount you spent. This is a great option if you want to change the size or colour of your item straight away, or if you know you’ll be in need of something else soon. The added 15% should cover any shipping costs that are applicable and/or, even better, allow you to add something else in your basket or save it for your next order. For example, if your refund amount is 150 Euros – instead you can get a gift card to the value of 172.50 to use for an exchange product or a brand new order. The gift card is valid for 12 months.
Option 2
Refund to original payment method – a return of the original purchase amount paid back to your card or other payment method. If you select the option to create and pay for your return shipping label through our returns portal, then we’ll be notified as soon as you drop off your parcel and your refund process will begin. This is the quickest option.
If you chose the gift card option, this will be emailed to you within 3 working days after drop-off. If you chose the refund to original payment method, this will be issued within 7-10 working days after drop-off. If you selected to send the parcel back using the carrier of your choice, please feel free to contact us at service-clients@cafeducycliste.com with the tracking details. This will speed up your return process.
If we don’t receive any tracking information from you, the return will be processed on arrival. If using a carrier of your choice, we advise using a tracked and/or signed for service when returning items as we cannot be responsible for returned items which go missing in transit.
All refunds are subject to control of the item. The returned product must be in as new condition, unworn and in its original packaging with labels attached.
The postage for returning items is at your cost. If you consider that your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible @ service-clients@cafeducycliste.com.
Café du Cycliste will evaluate if your product has suffered from a manufacturing defect. If it has, we will offer a replacement or full refund if the product is not available anymore. Please note that a product can not be considered defective if the problem does not occur under normal conditions of use or if it results from long term usage. Please note that returns are only accepted for items you purchased online from www.cafeducycliste.com. If you have you purchased your item from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange the return. VAT AND OTHER TAXES
Prices are quoted in various currencies and the payment currency is dictated by the delivery address for any order. Prices of any products delivered outside of the European Economic Community exclude value added tax and any local import duties that may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order.
