Within our marketing team we are looking to recruit a Graphic & Web Designer who will report to Creative Director. You will be working with advertising / marketing / brand campaign / product teams to design and execute a variety of initiatives.

You will primarily focus on the look and feel of all online communication including our website. For this you will create and deliver online elements to include website pages, newsletters, advertisements and any type of marketing campaigns.

YOU WILL ALSO:
- Get involved in offline material such as posters, packaging and a wide variety of items.
- Be responsible for our visual assets and pictures and liaise with all departments dealing with those assets
- Produce concepts in line with the brand image on for example, seasonal campaigns (Christmas, etc.), our physical stores etc
- Create concepts through to final artwork, supported by creative research
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring innovative ideas to visual life

2. Channel Manager & Press Liaison Pays : UK

We are currently looking to recruit for a dual role which involves the daily management of our selected worldwide retail partners along with International press duties.

Our exceptional partners are an important part of our business and require detailed support. The position involves working closely with them to process orders, answer queries, provide all relevant information and establish strategies for improving sales and increasing exposure.

We currently enjoy worldwide press coverage in both the cycling and mainstream media. This role will also involve strengthening our relationships with key contacts, organising products for review and test, planning wider campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team and analyzing and reporting on all results.

YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL INVOLVE:
- Liaising with retail partners, ensuring they have the products they need and are up to date on new product launches
- Developing and presenting co-marketing opportunities with retail partners
- Researching and introducing Café du Cycliste to new potential partners
- Management of our press contacts and growth of our list
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to plan and execute press campaigns across a variety of subjects and mediums
- Analysis of campaign results and providing suggestions for improvement

KEY EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
* Minimum of three years experience working in a channel sales or front line PR role
* Comfortable working to specific targets, sales or otherwise
* Familiarity with Excel, Word etc
* Be a highly motivated self starter
* Highly developed inter-personal skills

3. Website & Digital Marketing Analyst Pays : UK

We are looking to recruit a website and digital analyst with responsibility for continually tuning user website experience, tracking and improving a range of KPI’s, managing digital advertising campaigns and improving SEO visibility across different languages.

Your primary focus will be on the day to day CMS management of the website and our larger digital presence while using a variety of analytics reporting to suggest and implement ways that things can be done more effectively.

YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO:
- Liaise with 3rd Party agencies to manage further website development
- Work with marketing and product teams on on-going and new campaigns and website changes
- Create reports to present to senior management
- Research new marketing channels and /or placements and suggest ways they could be used

KEY EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
* Excellent knowledge of digital analytics techniques including using Google UA, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager etc
* Excellent knowledge of digital campaign set-ups, including Google Adwords and Facebook
* Familiarity with ESP’s such as Dotmailer, Mail Chimp, Active Campaign
* Strong understanding of SEO techniques and tuning
* Passionate about data analysis and how it can be used to improve customer experience
* Experience of Magento would be an advantage
* Be a self-starter

* Have at least two years experience in a similar role

4. Product Developer – Performance Garments Pays : France

You will plan, coordinate and control the development of our range of products (men and women), ensuring the level of quality and timely delivery. You manage the entire process from design handover to testing and pre-production signed-off

YOU WILL:
- Develop products in partnership with our factories
- Run product test and fit reviews
- Be responsible for fabric and component testing, wear testing
- Ensure products are high quality and perform at highest standards
- Ensure the fit is perfect for expected usage and consistent throughout the range
- Maintain and keep up to date all product tech files
- Timing management to ensure the products as ready when needed

Key Experience, Skills & Abilities:
* Good technical knowledge of performance garment construction, fit, grading, construction, finishing (men & women)
* Technical knowledge of fabrics
* Previous experience of developing technical product fit and review garments
* Good experience and understanding of manufacturing constraints and timescales
* Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers
* Ability to anticipate technical problems, and to plan and implement corrective action
* Problem solver, pragmatic, autonomous
* Able to work in a small and fast paced company, accept changes and lack of infrastructure
* IT skills, including Adobe AI, are essential
* 4-5 years experience
* Ideally a cyclist or an active outdoor person
