Eddy Mercks is the greatest and most successful cyclist of all time. He was an incredible rouleur, climber and finisher but he also had an outstanding winner mental attitude. On mountain roads, mass finish or cobblestones, Meckx only had one goal : winning. He was so strong and rode so tough that his nickname was « The Cannibal ». His surreal list of wins confirms it.
